If you're tired of beef and chicken dinners, why not try your hand at some lamb recipes? Although it is more expensive than other cuts of meat, it can be a delicious and flavoursome addition to any meal, especially if you're willing to experiment with some new and interesting tastes. Here are our favourite lamb recipes.?

European flavours

Greek and Moroccan dishes often use lamb, and also have delightfully different flavours from the usual fare. Plus, they're downright easy to make, especially if you whip up this Lamb and Couscous recipe. If you're willing to be more patient, you could try a Lamb Tajine with apricots - this can also be made in a slow-cooker. Some other options includes this easy Lamb Souvlaki?- similar to lamb stew and served with pita bread - or these Greek lamb Gyros - tangy wraps served with homemade tzatziki.?

Closer to home

If you're looking for something more traditional, you can't go wrong with a Roast Leg of Lamb. It's still warm outside, so you can definitely try your hand at making it on the braai instead!?

The spicy side of life

With winter almost at on our doorstep, we thought we would include some spicy tummy warmers. I love this Lamb and Potato Bunny Chow recipe as it is so simple to make, cost-effective and extremely filling. Why not make it for a relaxed dinner party? You could also try this heavenly Spicy Lamb and Lentil Soup?- healthy, flavour-filled and delicious.?
